Immaculate, clean station. Weekdays hourly service to Ayr and two hourly to Kilmarnock and Stranraer

Its good enough but they should have a second staff member so the ticket office is open for longer, also there is no step free access to platform 2, to be honest they should add lifts to both platforms. There is no shelter on platform 2 either, almost every station has a shelter on each platform where there is no waiting room!
