we spent a few nights at this lovely park and couldn't thank the owners enough for their hospitality. one thing i would say though, is about the heavy guy called John, i actually though he had something to do with the running of the park the way he spoke, i think he's just recently changed to a static van, or so he was telling me, he seems to think he'd run the park better than the owners and done nothing but bad mouth them about the money he paid for the van he has. It would be a good idea to get rid of people like that when the season is finished, another couple of folk felt the same, they felt intimidated and bullied. Apart from him, we had a great time. We're going to be using our touring caravan more at the start of next season, we hope to visit again at some point, that's if there's room for us, as the touring area didn't look too big, but lovely all the same. Amazing place to be. Owners are lovely people and always go out of their way to make your stay special. We would recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to enjoy their free time, chill out and relax. Great for kids to, our grandchildren love the place. Brilliant for observing the night sky as well, If you get the chance give it a try, you won't leave disappointed.
This is one of the little hidden gems in Scotland if you're looking for a quiet little site with woodland surroundings and close to the sea then this is the place for you. The owners are absolutely wonderful and will bend over backwards to help you, so if you're looking for a new holiday home in a quiet peaceful location this is the place it's a must visit.
Had a fantastic weekend in the hot tub lodge at Queensland Holiday Park! The owners were friendly and very welcoming, they were able to help with any queries we had!The park itself is very nice! The area is clean and tidy and very peaceful. There is a launderette, telephone, information area about things to do in the local area and books/board games to borrow during your stay!The lodge was very impressive! It was spotless with modern decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (the dominoes, playing cards and guide to the night sky were a nice touch!). The outdoor area was brilliant! We had our own space away from the rest of the park with a large area of decking, BBQ, picnic table, modern cushioned seating area, sun shade and the fab hot tub! The view from the lodge was amazing, a mix of unspoiled natural area and farmland. Also, being away from all the city light pollution meant we could see the milky way and shooting stars at night which was amazing! Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again!
Lovely quiet clean caravan, would absolutely stay again. Our dog particularly enjoyed the wooded pathways on site and meeting the peacocks! Short drive away from village for shops/cafes and lots of fab walks nearby.
